Pay

The starting hourly rate is $17.75 USD per hour, with a pay range of $17.75 USD – $26.65 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests (10 ft: smile, eye contact, wave; 4 ft: greet, smile, initiate warm helpful interaction), helping guests find what they need/resolve issues, ending transactions with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive, respectful attitude.
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation; stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• If certified, operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive (ESIM) items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely, comply with safety policies, report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up (OPU) and Drive‑up (DU), maintaining compliance with adult beverage laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.
