Join our Chicago Hospitality Team as a Overnight Hospitality Associate where you will be the heart of our onsite-guest experience. This dynamic role combines physical presence with digital prowess, making you a key figure at Kasa Magnificent Mile & Kasa Lakeshore.

Location

Complex across Kasa Magnificent Mile & Lakeshore
Time Commitment: Approximately 32-40 hours per week
Anticipated Schedule: Flexible - including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Welcoming and Assisting Guests, Providing Local Recommendations, Quality Assurance and Property Upkeep, Readiness and Event Planning, Guest Requests & Troubleshooting, Communication and Collaboration
• Team Coordination: Maintaining Seamless Communication, Emergency Handling, Supporting Critical Cross-Departmental Kasa Projects

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in hospitality or 2 years in customer service.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, tech-savvy, flexibility, physical capability, consistent under pressure.
