Responsibilities
- Cultivate a professional demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude and representing the company positively.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests courteously and assistively.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to shrink guidelines and ensure accurate pricing.
- Unload trucks (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, etc.), sorting merchandise into appropriate areas.
- Load merchandise onto carts for proper display on shelves.
- Read and attach price labels to items.
- Stock merchandise on sales floor shelves and build special displays.
- Operate manual and powered pallet jacks, straddle stackers (if over 18 years old).
