Key Responsibilities
- Balance and reconcile accounts from the day shift accurately and efficiently
- Complete overnight guest registrations and process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
- Ensure all guest interactions meet hotel service standards
- Aid with front desk operations and overnight hotel procedures
- Handle confidential guest and hotel information with discretion
- Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding overnight activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Previous guest room management experience preferred
- Experience using Opera property management system preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to receive instructions and complete reports accurately
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
- Flexible and results-oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure
