Overnight Dock Lead

About the role

Assists in the day-to-day operations to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of the dock and salvage workforce, maximizing profitability and increasing training opportunities.

Provides direction, job training, development, and support of dock and salvage team members concerning the proper and safe handling of goods, leading to increased revenues for GWH mission services funding.

Responsibilities

• Ensures alignment and consistency of all aspects of dock and salvage operations, including SOPs, Reference Guides, job descriptions, performance evaluations, observation checklists, production standards, training, Safety Programs, and other documents related to DGR systems.
