Overnight Direct Care Staff

Responsibilities

• Be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well

• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

• Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Qualifications

• No High School Diploma or equivalent required for direct care role
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

$20 per hour

Schedule

Awake Overnights, 7on/7off, Wednesday to Wednesday, 10pm - 8am
