Job Duties

• Medication Monitoring
• Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Driving clients to appointments/activities in an agency vehicle (Van)
• General property/household chores
• Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)
• Provide human services assistance and advocacy for clients living with chronic mental health disorders
• Provide trauma-informed supportive listening services to assist residents during times of crisis

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Clearances
• Physically able to complete CPR/First Aid
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record

Pay

Pay rate starts at $14.28 per hour and increases with experience.

Schedule

Part-time, set schedule of Tuesday and Thursday overnight (11pm–9am).
