Overnight Custodian Casual Part-Time, The American Club
Specific Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain floor coverings and surfaces.
- Clean and maintain furnishings, fixtures, accessories and windows in facility.
- Clean and maintain restroom and locker room facilities.
- Clean office areas, as assigned.
- Insure inside and outside entrances are free of debris.
- Perform outdoor duties (windows, doors, trash receptacles, deck areas, rest stations) in a variety of weather conditions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Coordinator.
Skills/Requirements
- Prior custodial experience helpful, but not necessary.
- High School diploma preferred.
- Candidates are thoroughly trained to perform assigned duties.
- Required to successfully fulfill training criteria prior to working independently.
Pay
The hourly range for this position is $14.50 - $21.70. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
Schedule
This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends. Hours are between 4:00am - 8:00am.
