About the Role

Join our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night! You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions.

• Lead the team and keep shelves organized
• Oversee deliveries and maintain a clean store
• Train new team members
• Monitor inventory
• Resolve issues and ensure everyone follows store policies

Responsibilities

• Supervise stocking shelves and unloading trucks
• Maintain store conditions during overnight shifts
• Train and develop new team members
• Monitor inventory levels and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in retail or grocery
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts (11PM–7AM or 12AM–8AM)
• Ability to lift heavy items
