Overnight Crew Chief

About the role

Join our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night. Your mission is to supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight team
• Keep shelves organized and well-stocked
• Oversee deliveries and unloading trucks
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Train new team members
• Monitor inventory levels
• Resolve issues as they arise
• Ensure all team members follow store policies

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in retail or grocery
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts (11 PM–7 AM or 12 AM–8 AM)
• Ability to lift heavy items
