Overnight Caregiver (Part-Time)

About the role

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. They engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. The role emphasizes making a positive impact daily, fostering meaningful relationships, and contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow individualized service plans and document changes
• Engage residents through conversation and activities
• Support dining services
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss (Memory Care)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Age 18 or older
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it
• Compassion
• Reliability
• Strong communication skills
