Overnight Caregiver

Overview

The Visiting Angels office in Wichita Falls seeks compassionate and dedicated individuals to join their team as Overnight Caregivers. This position offers the opportunity to provide care to senior adults and those in need within the North Texas area, including Seymour, Bowie, Vernon, Graham, Quanah, and more.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Ambulate and assist clients with mobility
• Provide personal care and hygiene support
• Plan and prepare meals with clients' assistance
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Shop for clients or accompany them shopping
• Support clients with routine exercises
• Be a companion and provide emotional support
• Report and respond to emergencies promptly

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
• Housekeeping and cooking skills with dietary considerations
