Overnight Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
• Engage in various shifts including 16-hour overnight shifts, weekend shifts, and varying hours based on staffing needs
• Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served
• Help participants integrate into the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License for at least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermediate license
• Reliable vehicle with insurance and registration
• Available for 2 weeks of paid orientation Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Schedules available: Full-time: 32+ hrs/week
• Shifts based on client needs and may include 16-hour overnight shifts, weekend shifts, and varying hours depending on staffing needs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
