Overnight Caregiver

About the role

Join our compassionate care team at Right at Home in Central Oregon! This position is for OVERNIGHT (NOC) caregivers. Right at Home is a locally owned in‑home care agency that values both employees and clients, putting your well‑being first so you can provide the best care. As a caregiver you’ll provide 1:1 in‑home support to seniors, veterans, disabled adults, hospice and post‑op patients. Your tasks may include companionship, light housekeeping, transportation, medication assistance, toileting, hygiene and grooming support, and help with dressing. Experience in hospice, dementia, or Alzheimer’s care is a plus, but we can train you from square one. We serve clients primarily in Bend and La Pine, with additional clients in Redmond, Prineville, Madras, Sisters, Sunriver, Culver, Powell Butte, Crooked River Ranch, Terrebonne, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in‑home support to seniors, veterans, disabled adults, hospice and post‑op patients
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
• Help with medication reminders and administration
• Support toileting, hygiene, and grooming
• Assist with dressing and personal care

Requirements

• Caregiver experience preferred (but not required – we provide training)
• Good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate and caring attitude
• Ability to pass an extensive background check, including motor vehicle records check

Pay

$20.00 – $23.50 per hour
