About the role

The Bakery Team Member is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting fresh bakery products while delivering exceptional guest service. Key duties include following scratch recipes, baking products to specified time and temperature, and ensuring product quality and freshness through proper storage and rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer inquiries, suggestive selling, and sampling to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Accurately handle special orders and unload deliveries

Requirements

• Knowledge of ingredients
• Proper equipment use
• Ability to work with lifting requirements up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

Prior bakery experience or completion of relevant training is preferred, and the position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction.
