About the Role

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting offers to boost revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Become a certified piercing expert through training. Guide customers through piercings, educate on aftercare, and maintain a sterile environment.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain visually appealing displays, organize inventory, and create easy-to-shop layouts.
• Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products and services, stay updated on trends, and help customers find their style.
• Store Operations: Oversee inventory, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and promotional activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s hauls on social media.

Requirements

• Conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially for young or anxious customers.
• Proficient in operating a POS system for transactions and sales management.
• At least one year of retail management experience and some high school education.
• Physical ability to stand during shifts, lift 11-35kg (25-75lbs), bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders.
• Passion for customer service and self-expression, with strong communication skills.
• Mathematical proficiency for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently when needed.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to curate looks with products.
