Overnight Babysitter for Young Children

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and caring overnight babysitter for our family in Washington, DC. The position involves caring for three children: a 2-year-old girl, a 4-year-old boy, and a 7-year-old boy.

Schedule

Overnight shifts from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve dinner and snacks
• Assist with homework
• Facilitate educational and age-appropriate activities
• Manage diaper changes for the 2-year-old
• Conduct bathroom visits for the 2-year-old and 4-year-old every two hours
• Engage in playtime, reading, and watching age-appropriate movies or TV shows
• Support bedtime routines and ensure kids are in bed on time
• Clean up after meals and activities

Requirements

• Attentive, engaged, and experienced in caring for young children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment throughout the night

No driving or additional pet care is required, as there are no pets in the home.
