Overnight Babysitter for Mixed Age Group

About the role

Overnight babysitter needed to provide quality childcare for three children (ages 2, 4, and 7) in Washington, DC.

Shift: Sunday, September 27, 2026, 10:00 PM – Monday, September 28, 2026, 1:00 PM (core care hours 6:00 PM – 9:00 AM).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve dinner and snacks
• Supervise and assist with homework
• Read books and engage children in educational activities
• Change diapers for the 2-year-old and manage bathroom needs for the 2- and 4-year-olds at two-hour intervals
• Support bedtime routines and put children to bed
• Clean up after meals and activities
• Engage in playtime, games, and age-appropriate entertainment
• Feed, bathe, and manage bedtime for all children

Requirements

• Experience working with young children
• Adherence to safety standards
• Ability to create a nurturing and safe environment

No pets in the home; no driving required.
