Overnight Babysitter for Infant

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and caring overnight babysitter for our 6‑month‑old child in Syracuse, NY. The babysitter will provide attentive, safe, and nurturing care throughout the night while the parent works an overnight job.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the infant’s comfort and safety from 2:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment throughout the night.
• Stay alert and responsive to the baby’s needs without providing feeding, bathing, bedtime routines, or transportation.
• No pets are present in the home.

Requirements

• Prior experience caring for infants, especially around 6 months old.
• Reliability and punctuality for an overnight shift.
• Genuine love for working with babies.
• Ability to work independently without needing to drive or perform feeding/bathing duties.

Schedule

Sunday, September 20, 2026 – 2:00 AM to 9:00 AM (overnight shift).
