Our residential programs offer a person-centered continuum of services that provides innovative and high quality programming to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The program offers support and opportunities for individuals to enrich their lives, develop social and daily living skills, and build social and community connections. This position requires the candidate to be awake, alert, and available to individuals throughout the course of the night providing assistance and support as needed.Responsibilities:Monitor and support residents providing assistance and intervention as neededAssist individuals with morning routines to include meal preparation, hygiene and other related tasksAdminister medication in accordance with associated regulationsPerform housekeeping and personal care tasks as neededProvide support and training to promote personal growth and accomplishment (may include social, behavioral, and personal careReport significant health, safety, and behavioral concernsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with adults with developmental or intellectual disabilitiesValid Massachusetts drivers licenseSchedule:Thursday-Saturday, 11pm-9am (30 hrs) Hourly Rate: $19.50 USD - $19.50 USD At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
