Overnight Awake Caregivers Needed

Options in Community Living is a non-profit agency in Madison, WI, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home and out in the community. Assist someone to live a life that they choose, helping them with things they want and with things they need. Make a difference in someone's life, and your own!

Responsibilities

• Help people live their best life & take care of the living space
• Night time and morning time routine
• Prompt hygiene
• Respect boundaries and preferences
• Develop a strong rapport built on trust, empathy, and a sense of humor

Schedule

Full-Time overnight position: Westside – Saturday & Sunday 9 p.m.–9 a.m.; Monday & Tuesday 11 p.m.–8 a.m. Set schedule with options to pick up extra shifts.

Pay

• $12.00 per hour when asleep
• $18.25 per hour when awake
• Extra pay for filling‑in: $2.50 per hour
• Paid training (starting at $17.00/hr)
• Paid hire meeting & orientation ($17.00/hr)
• Paid holidays (1.5× your pay rate)
• Overtime pay
