Overnight Assistant Crew Chief

About the role

We’re looking for a dependable and energetic Assistant Overnight Crew Chief to help lead our overnight grocery team! In this role, you’ll support the Overnight Crew Chief in supervising a crew of clerks responsible for stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. You’ll help keep the team on track, ensure tasks are completed efficiently, and step in to resolve issues as needed. If you’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Support the Overnight Crew Chief in supervising a crew of clerks
• Oversee stocking shelves
• Oversee unloading trucks
• Maintain store conditions
• Keep the team on track
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Step in to resolve issues as needed
