Overnight 3rd Shift - DSP

Key Responsibilities

• Remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the shift.
• Provide personal care and support while ensuring individuals' health, safety, and well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans and report concerns to nursing staff or management.
• Administer medications and treatments according to policy and training.
• Complete assigned household tasks and accurately document overnight activities.
• Promote respectful, positive interactions with individuals, families, coworkers, and community partners.
• Attend required trainings and meetings and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Compensation & Job Opportunities

• 3rd Shift Awake: $23.50 per hour.
• Providence: Sun/Mon/Tue & Every Other Sat 10pm-8am.
• Johnston: Wed/Thurs/Fri & Every Other Sat 10pm-8am.
• Warwick: Sun/Mon/Tue & Every Other Sat 10pm-8am.
• 3rd Shift Resting: $19.00 per hour.
