About the role

The Only Facial is seeking a licensed Esthetician to deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
• Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician (required)
• Passion for skincare and continued learning
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed

Pay

$27+ per hour

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions including a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends.
