Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance building safety and health standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate sustainable design practices.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and their impact on building safety and health.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and findings to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to building safety and health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in building safety and health.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience with LEED certification processes.
• Knowledge of green building materials and technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
