We are seeking an experienced Outsourced Chief Financial Officer to join our Outsourced Services practice working closely with EA RESIG, focused on real estate private equity fund clients. This is a senior, client-facing advisory role combining strategic financial leadership with fund accounting, reporting, governance, compliance, and real estate expertise. The Outsourced CFO will advise fund sponsors and general partners on capital strategy, fund structuring, growth planning and major financial decisions while overseeing the financial infrastructure required to operate their funds.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Serve as a trusted CFO advisor to real estate fund sponsors and general partners, providing insight on capital strategy, growth planning, fund economics, and major investment decisions.
• Develop forward-looking financial models, forecasts, and performance insights that guide portfolio strategy, capital allocation, and hold/sell decisions.
• Represent clients in strategic discussions with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders on financing, liquidity, and fund performance.
• Fund & Capital Management: Lead financial oversight across complex real estate funds, investment entities, and properties, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and liquidity planning.
