Outside Services Attendant - Summer 2027

About the role

Yellowstone Club’s Golf Operations department is seeking Outside Services Attendants for the upcoming summer season (June – September) in Big Sky, Montana. Attendants provide members and their guests with the highest level of customer service and maintain the aesthetic quality of the golf facilities through organization and tidiness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the set‑up, cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the driving range.
• Assist in the daily preparation and maintenance of the golf‑cart fleet.
• Assist in the set‑up, maintenance, and breakdown of the golf‑cart staging area.
• Approach all encounters with club members, guests, and fellow employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service‑oriented manner.
• Respect members’ privacy, perspective, priorities, time, and resources.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, vocational training, or related coursework.
• One to two years of customer‑service experience.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and take initiative.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capability to lift a minimum of 40 lb.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
• Valid Class D driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of golf is preferred but not required.

Schedule

This is a seasonal position running from June through September. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
