Outside Services Attendant - Casual

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members upon arrival and departure on the range.
• Aid with service during their round and promptly address any player requests.
• Collaborate with the valet team and assist as needed.
• Communicate with departments regarding members transitioning through the property.
• Stock and restock golf carts with beverages, towels, and other amenities as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and availability of shuttles, club carts, and personal golf carts.
• Clean all players' clubs before and after each round.
• Accurately track daily golf activity.
• Assist in the Golf Shop as a retail associate as requested.
• Complete daily set-up and breakdown of range equipment, amenities, and activities.
• Perform closing duties such as removing range furniture, washing golf balls, restocking buckets, cleaning carts, and plugging carts into a charging station.
• Assist in the Golf Shop as a retail associate as requested.
• Accurate tracking of all daily golf activity.
• Assist with monthly inventory count.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or golf-related environment.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and terminology is preferred, but not required.
• A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
• The ability to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to work long hours due to business demands.
• The ability to lift and carry items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
