Outside Services Attendant

About the Role

Outside Services Attendants (Cart Attendants) ensure the outside components of golf operations run smoothly, focusing on guest service, golf cart fleet management, and facility cleanliness and upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with golf bags, including loading and unloading onto carts and providing club cleaning services.
• Maintain the bag storage system in an organized manner.
• Provide carts for member and guest play by bringing them to the cart staging area and returning them to storage, ensuring they are free of debris, towels, scorecards, etc.
• Operate equipment to retrieve range balls and arrange baskets and range balls according to club standards.

Requirements

• Friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Willingness to learn and perform tasks efficiently.
• Customer service experience (preferred).

Pay

$16.50 - $30.00 per hour.
