Job Duties

• Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of Daimler products and pricing
• Identifies leads, manages prospects, and acquires new business
• Mets or exceeds business sales goals
• Completes prospecting activities to secure first and follow-up appointments with decision makers
• Schedules and documents activities
• Prepares and delivers proposals/presentations to customers and key decision makers
• Prepares and drafts sales agreements and other paperwork needed to complete the sale in a timely manner
• Develops and maintains an awareness of the market behavior and competitive trends and responds accordingly
• Regularly meets with supervisor and service managers to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Maintains excellent customer service standards
• Resolves customer complaints and provides conflict resolution to customers
• Vists customers to provide and maintain excellent customer relations

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in service department of trucking industry
• Technician experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Must exhibit leadership qualities
• Must exhibit teamwork qualities
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Shows Initiative

Physical Requirements

Must be able to pass post-offer drug test, and physical

Compensation

Base salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience, plus uncapped commission earning potential of $15,000–$60,000+ per year, with no limit on total earnings.
