Outside Service Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and assisting with golf bags to and from vehicles
• Cleaning and staging golf carts
• Greeting guests after a round and cleaning clubs
• Ensuring the driving range is neat and orderly with range balls, bag stands with alignment sticks, and fully stocked with golf balls at all times
• Assists with the overall upkeep of the bag room and cart storage area
• Assists in set up and execution of golf outings
• Provides sincere and courteous service, including bag handling and club cleaning to all guests
• Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion
• Answers the bag drop bell service in a prompt and timely manner
• Prepares golf carts for play following club standards (sharp pencils, towels, tees, full sand bottles)
• Cleans and stores carts at the conclusion of play per club standards
• Cleans and stores all member clubs in the proper bag storage location
• May be required to perform minimal cart maintenance
• Range maintenance: presents practice facility with practice balls in boxes, bag stands with alignment sticks, and additional stations if needed for an event
• Maintains ball inventory throughout the day
• Constantly projects a friendly, helpful attitude to all members/guests

Requirements

Need to be 16+ years old with an eligible driver’s license.
