About the role

Skyworks LLC is a family-owned and operated construction equipment rental company. The Skyworks Horseheads branch is seeking an Outside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate is energetic, strategic, and possesses strong time management skills. Prior experience in the construction equipment rental industry is preferred, but not required. A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide information on products and services to customers
• Manage sales pipeline from initial contact through close
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services

Requirements

• Basic understanding of construction equipment
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
