About The Opportunity
Skyworks LLC is looking for a driven, energetic, and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow their West Palm Beach territory. This is a hybrid role: you'll spend the majority of your time in the field visiting job sites and meeting customers, but you'll also be expected to report regularly to our West Palm Beach, FL office — your "home base" — for meetings, team collaboration, training, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new customer relationships in the construction industry
- Visit job sites daily to prospect new business and support existing accounts
- Educate contractors, supers, and PMs on rental solutions that improve efficiency
- Follow up on leads, create quotes, and close rental agreements
- Track activity and pipeline
- Represent Skyworks with integrity, urgency, and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals
- Highly motivated and results-driven — someone who wants to win
- Ability to work independently and manage your territory like your own business
- Comfortable walking job sites and engaging with field-level decision makers
- Experience in equipment rental, construction, or industrial sales preferred
