About the opportunity

Skyworks LLC is seeking a bilingual Outside Sales Representative for its Miami Dade territory. The role involves developing and growing customer relationships in the construction industry, visiting job sites daily to prospect new business, educating contractors, supers, and project managers on rental solutions, and closing rental agreements. This is a hybrid role where most time is spent in the field, but regular reporting to the Hollywood, FL office is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new customer relationships in the construction industry
• Visit job sites daily to prospect new business and support existing accounts
• Education contractors, supers, and PMs on rental solutions that improve efficiency
• Follow up on leads, create quotes, and close rental agreements
• Track activity and pipeline
• Represent Skyworks with integrity, urgency, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals
• Highly motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently and managing a territory like your own business
• Ability to walk job sites and engage with field-level decision makers
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience in equipment rental, construction, or industrial sales preferred

This is a hybrid role: you'll spend the majority of your time in the field visiting job sites, but will also be expected to report regularly to our Hollywood, FL office for meetings, team collaboration, training, and support.
