Outside Sales Trainee - Mandarin/English

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Trainees. You will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and the necessary tools to become a successful Outside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Possess strong communication skills and a competitive, self-motivated mindset.
• Prospect, cold call, and visit local restaurants and foodservice businesses.
• Build lasting customer relationships and close new accounts.
• Train alongside experienced sales professionals before managing your own territory.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English required.
• Strong communication skills and a competitive, self-motivated mindset.
• Restaurant, hospitality, bartending, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
