About the role

As an Account Executive, you’ll leverage your goal-driven mindset, fast-paced work ethic, and exceptional client service skills to exceed clients’ expectations using iHeart’s full suite of platforms. The ideal candidate is ready to hit the ground running, identifying and developing new business opportunities through in-person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold-calling while cultivating existing business.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of iHeart’s Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person client meetings, research, and consistent daily cold-calling.
• Cultivate existing business using iHeart’s full suite of products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
• Deliver compelling, data-driven sales presentations to meet clients’ expectations.
• Plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks based on business needs.

Requirements

• Self-motivated with a “go-getter” attitude and excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills to help businesses reach their full potential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Digital/Media Sales experience (not required).
• Experience managing complex, multi-platform campaigns.
• Analytics experience.
• iHeart and/or audio advertising background.
• Well-connected in the market.
