About the role

This is an outside sales position, meeting customers in their homes and performing water analysis and product demonstrations. This position will be prospecting for customers using creative methods of sales, referrals, networking, marketing and appointment setting.

Responsibilities

  • Meet customers in their homes for water analysis and product demonstrations.
  • Possess a positive attitude and strive to provide the best solution possible to drive sales.
  • Utilize marketing assistance and tools provided to assist with prospecting activities.
  • Work flexible schedules including nights and weekends as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with residential/outside sales with a proven track record.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience selling a product or service.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate leads.
  • Excellent communication, instructiveness, closing, and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

  • Must pass a background screening.

Skills

  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for lead generation and management.

Pay

A base plus commission position with a range of $50,000 - $100,000+ possible.
