Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base
- Work with other branch associates to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Perform duties including product quotation and problem resolution
- Analyze competition in the territory and devise sales strategies
- Communicate sales strategies to management
- Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Document all sales activity in Salesforce for evaluation and measurement
Qualifications
- 2+ years industry-related sales experience preferred
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, able to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Builds relationships and enjoys a team environment
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Problem-solving, leadership, and listening skills
- General digital literacy
- Self-motivator, able to multi-task, and learn quickly
Pay
The estimated total compensation range is $60,000 - $110,000 annually.
Schedule
This is a field-based sales role supporting customers in the West Texas area. The selected candidate may live anywhere in the territory.
