Outside Sales Representative - Paid Weekly - Paid Training

About the Role

Safe Haven Security is ADT's #1 partner, seeking high-performing sales representatives to join our team. We provide the training, leads, and platform—you provide the effort and drive to succeed in a face-to-face sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and meet families face-to-face
• Architect custom security solutions for homeowners
• Handle objections and think on your feet in the field
• Operate during key homeowner availability hours (evenings and Saturdays)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 2:30 PM to 8:30/9:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Performance perk: Hit your targets and you don't work Saturdays; top performers can move to a 4-day work week

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work outside for extended periods in any season
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities)

• Horsepower: Ability to think on your feet and handle objections with ease

Pay

• Uncapped earning potential: Average reps earn $70k–$125k+; elite performers clear multiple six figures
