Outside Sales Representative - Paid Training

About the role

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into the Oklahoma City market and seeks driven, competitive individuals to join their team. No prior roofing or sales experience is necessary; paid training, mentorship, and a proven system are provided to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Perform exterior property and roof inspections
• Educate homeowners on the storm restoration and insurance process
• Manage roofing restoration projects from start to finish
• Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every project

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Ability to complete the required 90-day paid training program in Dallas, TX

• All Oklahoma City hires will complete a paid 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas before returning to launch in the Oklahoma City market.
