Outside Sales Representative, La Ley

About the role

La Ley 101.1 FM is hiring Outside Sales Representatives with a strong background and experience in media, outside sales, or business development. This candidate must be self-motivated, be able to work independently, be coachable and have a passion for helping clients grow their business by reaching our Hispanic listeners with their products and services, through radio and digital. We have open positions in the Piedmont/Triad area as well as the Triangle. Bilingual is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients to promote products and services
• Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Work independently to manage client accounts and achieve sales targets
• Present company products and services to clients
• Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance client engagement

Requirements

• Strong background and experience in media, outside sales, or business development
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Coachable and passionate about helping clients grow their business
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
