Outside Sales Representative - HOLT Industrial Rentals

Essential Functions

Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission.

Lead Generation: Researches and identifies potential business opportunities through outbound efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.

Lead Qualification: Qualifies inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and other channels to determine their potential for conversion into customers.

Sales Outreach: Initiates and maintains communications with potential clients to introduce our products/services and build relationships with key decision-makers.

Pipeline Development: Maintains and manages a robust sales pipeline by effectively tracking and following up on leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Collaboration: Works closely with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Marketing teams to create strategies and solutions that align with client needs and objectives.

Market Research: Stays up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to ensure relevant outreach and value proposition.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintains accurate records of sales activities and interactions with leads; Provides regular updates to management on lead generation progress and sales pipeline status.

Physical Requirements

This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc.

This role frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Frequently works at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.

Work Environment

This job is generally performed in a retail and office environment; exposure to computer screens; exposure to noise, dust, grease, fumes, gases, heat, cold, and inclement weather conditions.
