About the role
Join Northeast Power Dry, a fast-growing restoration company dedicated to helping homeowners recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. As an In-Home Sales Specialist, you'll meet with homeowners, provide restoration solutions, and close sales opportunities generated through company-provided leads.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments
- Inspect property damage and provide restoration estimates and solutions
- Build trust with customers and close sales during the appointment process
- Guide customers through the restoration process with professionalism and empathy
- Cookordination with production and remediation teams to ensure project success
- Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams regarding project updates
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to new leads and customer needs
- Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Able to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency service environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer and technology proficiency
- Able to work overtime and occasional holidays as needed
Qualifications
- In-home sales experience
- Restoration, construction, remediation, or other blue-collar industry experience preferred
- CRM or project management software experience preferred
