About the role

Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments
Inspect property damage and provide restoration estimates and solutions
Build trust with customers and close sales during the appointment process
Guide customers through the restoration process with professionalism and empathy
Coordinate with production and remediation teams to ensure project success
Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams regarding project updates
Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Respond promptly to new leads and customer needs
Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency service environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Basic computer and technology proficiency
  • Able to work overtime and occasional holidays as needed

Qualifications

  • In-home sales experience
  • Restoration, construction, remediation, or other blue-collar industry experience
  • Experience working with insurance claims or property damage projects
  • CRM or project management software experience

Skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency service environment
  • Basic computer and technology proficiency
