Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base
- Work with other branch associates to ensure satisfaction with products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Perform duties including product quotation and problem resolution
- Analyze competition in the territory and devise sales strategies
- Communicate sales strategies to management
- Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Document all sales activity in Salesforce for ongoing evaluation
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years industry-related sales experience is preferred
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, able to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Builds relationships and enjoys a team environment
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Problem-solving, leadership, and listening skills
- General digital literacy
- Self-motivator, able to multi-task, and learn quickly
Pay
- This is a base plus commission eligible role
- The estimated total compensation range, based on performance and experience, is $75,000 - $120,000+
Schedule
- This is a field-based sales role supporting customers in the Sacramento/Stockton area
- The position requires being based in the Sacramento area
