Requirements What makes you stand out? Your passion is selling and you have general knowledge of liquid and compressed gas, welding products and hardgoods with at least two years of outside sales experience. You are a sales leader who cultivates and fosters long-term, positive, customer relationships to increase overall market share and company sales, contributing to the growth of the Company's financial goals. Your proven experience includes delivery of sales presentations, customer product demonstrations, quotes, and closing service agreements for existing and new customers. You provide excellent customer service by matching capabilities to support and achieve customer needs. Skills and experience requirements: Successfully contribute to the Company's growth and financial goals through territory sales Increase visibility of company capabilities, products, and servicesCreate and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, customer quotes, and service agreementsUnderstand customer needs to develop appropriate recommendations for products and servicesContract negotiationsUnderstanding of compressed and liquid gasesTrack and report financial and sales activitiesEstablish pricing based on profitability analysis for specific products and servicesAddress and resolve customer questions and inquiriesHave a sense of urgency and provide excellent customer servicePositively represents the Company and proactively maintain customer relationsBachelor's degree preferred2 years of sales experience; industrial gases and welding industry preferredStrong computer skills and usage of Microsoft Office products to include Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and use of internetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCapable of lifting at least 75 poundsWillingness to assist other departments within the CompanyExcellent driving record and if selected, ability to pass pre-employment screenings Benefits What's in it for you?
