What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Possess a strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and techniques
  • Prospect and generate new business (cold calls, networking, referrals)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend technology solutions
  • Sell business solutions including IT services, software, and hardware
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Visiting local businesses and meeting with decision-makers
  • Making outbound calls and sending emails to generate new opportunities
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals
  • Working with internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Following up with prospects to close deals

What Success Looks Like

  • Build a pipeline of qualified prospects within your territory
  • Close 8–12+ new deals in your first year
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Develop a strong, recurring book of business

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of B2B sales, outside sales, or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
  • Able to manage time and territory effectively
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000–$90,000
