Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Include Prospecting and qualifying leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visitsConducting on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility servicesDeveloping tailored proposals and closing multi-year service agreementsMaintaining and updating CRM with accurate client information and activityMeeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotasCollaborating with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding Qualifications And Skills Include 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial servicesProven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cyclesStrong negotiation and closing abilitiesSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedbackValid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle; compliance with auto insurance requirements if using personal vehicle This Role Offers Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and bonuses, with total first-year earnings ranging from $50,000 to $120,000Monthly car allowance and fuel cardBenefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and holidaysOpportunities for career advancement into sales management or national accounts
