Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Weather Shield Roofing Systems is growing, and we're looking for a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to help expand our presence throughout Florida. This isn't about stepping into an established territory. It's about helping build something special.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new commercial roofing opportunities throughout Florida.
• Build lasting relationships with building owners, property managers, facility managers, consultants, and general contractors.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Manage opportunities from first conversation through project completion.
• Partner closely with operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Continue growing existing customer relationships while identifying additional opportunities.
• Represent Weather Shield professionally and uphold our reputation in every interaction.

Requirements

• Proven success in B2B sales with a track record of developing new business.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated with exceptional organization and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing complex sales opportunities.
• Experience in commercial roofing, construction, facilities, or related industries is a plus, but not required.
• CRM Experience.
