Outside Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Set your own schedules and follow through with homeowners professionally and efficiently
- Meet with homeowners at their residences in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct roof assessments to evaluate storm damage and insurance claim viability (training provided)
- Manage documents and forms efficiently, and maintain an organized schedule using Google Calendar
- Act as a mediator between insurance adjusters and our customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact to conflict resolution
Requirements
- Own smartphone and reliable transportation for home visits
- Ability and willingness to climb roofs for assessments (training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
